About this piece
Crafted from a Bemberg and modal satin blend, this long-sleeved wrap blouse has a soft sheen and a fluid drape. The crossover V-neckline, gently gathered shoulders and cuffed sleeves give it a polished, feminine shape. The fabric is hand-dyed with lac, a resin secreted by tiny lac insects on tree branches and used in India for centuries to make rich pinks, reds and purples. Here it gives the cloth a soft mauve-pink glow with subtle tonal variation. Smooth, breathable and light on the skin, it celebrates the beauty of natural colour.

Care
Wash only when it really needs it, in cold water with a very mild detergent, or just rinse in water with a little vinegar. Wash separately. Dry in the shade. Do not iron, steam instead. No dry cleaning.
